First Visit

Initial Exam

Your first visit, which will be 40 – 60 minutes long, will give us an opportunity to connect and listen to your concerns, needs and aspirations for your health and lifestyle. I’ll review your health history paperwork and assess the function and balance of your spine and nervous system. This first visit gives the information needed to determine if you’re a good candidate for care and provides the information needed to create a plan to address your situation.

State-of-the-art technology is used to help see how your spine and nervous system are working.

After your scans, you will have a comprehensive structural analysis which usually includes chiropractic x-rays.

When needed, in-office x-rays provide essential insights for personalized care. X-rays aren’t taken during pregnancy and are considered case-by-case for children.

Second visit

Report of findings

Your second visit, a 30 minute appointment, will be scheduled as soon as possible, so we can get started on your health and wellness journey. Before your second visit, as the chiropractor at LifeHouse Chiropractic in London, Ontario, I will have analyzed all the information gathered at your first visit and will share my findings with you. This is the perfect opportunity to ask any questions or express concerns that you might have. If I feel as though I can help you, then I will review my recommendations for your care, so you can get back to living life fully. There is also time for your first adjustment.

Beyond your first and second visits

Chiropractic care

We will work together to develop a plan of follow up visits that will best meet your health and wellness goals. To receive the full benefits of chiropractic care, consistency is important. A Gonstead five-point examination will be performed at each visit, and adjustments will be delivered as needed. We recognize your time is valuable, and we do everything possible to stay on time, and to make your visits efficient, (approximately 10 minutes), all while continuing to offer you individualized care.

Re-Assessments & Progress Checks

Feel better to enjoy a life with less pain & more freedom

We monitor your progress at every visit, but more specifically at Re-assessment and Progress Exams, where scans are repeated and together, we will track your change and progress and discuss what your current concerns and health goals are.
